Description

This product is a smooth, solid butter at room temperature with a creamy, non-gritty texture. It has an off-white to pale yellow color, a characteristic nutty, slightly earthy aroma, and a mildly bitter taste (not intended for consumption). Rich in stearic and oleic acids, it offers excellent stability with low moisture content, controlled free fatty acids, and a peroxide value under 10 meq/kg. With a melting point of 30–40°C, it is free from impurities and contaminants, making it suitable for cosmetic and personal care applications. Properly stored in sealed containers, it has a shelf life of 12–24 months.
